Associate Chemist - HRMS Prep - Environment Testing - 2nd Shift, Sun-Thurs (Environment Testing)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA. Onsite second shift, Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM; training is Monday–Friday on the first shift.

Salary: USD 18–20 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential.

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze samples from various matrices using routine analytical methods.
• Prepare samples and quality-control materials, including standard solutions and reagents.
• Review, process, and assemble supporting analytical data.
• Follow EPA, company, client, and internal quality-control SOPs.
• Perform basic maintenance on laboratory equipment and dispose of chemical waste using approved methods.
• Work safely, maintain regular attendance, and work overtime as workload requires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required.
• Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, learn new techniques, manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow instructions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree specifically in Chemistry.
• Prior laboratory experience.
