CNC Team Lead II

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $21.50–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Train and support production employees to improve productivity, quality, and technical performance.
• Ensure employee health and safety remain the top priority and implement safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on the production line, identify root causes, and implement solutions with the team.
• Plan and update cross-training matrices, reports, and area performance metrics.
• Provide feedback, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement with Process Technicians and Value Stream Leads or Supervisors.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; 3–5 years in a technical role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, listening, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations; OSHA certification is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and willingness to initiate and lead change.
• Ability to manage multiple products, projects, or areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability or willingness to learn computer use in a Windows environment with Microsoft Office.
