Leadperson Machining - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site at the Franklin, NH manufacturing facility, United States. Work is scheduled for the 2nd shift.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily operational activities with the Machining Supervisor while maintaining safety, quality, and production pace.
• Program, set up, and configure CNC machines according to department requirements.
• Oversee in-process inspections, document quality data, and maintain process-control records.
• Identify and escalate process issues and coordinate labor and equipment activities.
• Assess training needs and provide guidance and development support to team members.
• Maintain housekeeping and environmental and safety standards across the manufacturing department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement practices.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, communication, basic computer, and math skills.
• Commitment to required PPE, safety rules, applicable regulations, reliable attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to work on-site at the Franklin, NH location and successfully establish employment eligibility, complete background checks, and pass required pre-employment testing.
