Salary: $25.50–$30.99 per hour

What you will do

• Ensure the health and safety of all employees as the primary operational goal.
• Provide training and support to production staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Plan and update cross-training matrices and manage routine production reports.
• Identify root causes of technical issues on the production line and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Process Techs and Value Stream Leads to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular feedback to employees regarding safety, quality, and technical performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a fiberglass manufacturing environment required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work in a hot, dusty, noisy, and non-climate-controlled environment.
• Proficiency in a Windows-based environment with MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.
