Contract Recruiter (Manufacturing & Field Service)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, skilled trades, and field service positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines for CNC machinists, assemblers, die cutters, press operators, electricians, field service technicians, and related technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders on workforce plans, position requirements, and recruiting recommendations.
• Conduct recruiter screens, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate engagement through offer acceptance.
• Manage multiple requisitions across locations and business units while maintaining accurate records in Workday Recruiting.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, hiring outcomes, compliance, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, technical, and/or field service positions.
• Experience hiring skilled trade and technical talent, including CNC machinists, assemblers, electricians, and field service technicians.
• Experience using Workday Recruiting and managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; hirify.global uses E-Verify for new hires.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed field service organizations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing labor markets and skilled trades talent pipelines.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and agency or corporate recruiting.
