Talent Acquisition Partner, Manufacturing

Location: Elwood, Kansas, United States; onsite at the manufacturing site. Travel: 10%.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for manufacturing and production roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using AI sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain qualified talent pools for the Elwood site.
• Coordinate interview logistics, interview panels, and onsite candidate visits.
• Partner with hiring managers and site leadership to reduce hiring bottlenecks and time-to-fill.
• Represent Talent Acquisition onsite and report recruiting updates to headquarters while following established processes and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience in manufacturing, production, or skilled-trade roles.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong organization, communication, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Elwood, Kansas manufacturing site.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with candidate sourcing and engagement tools, including CRM platforms such as Gem.
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and the ability to work independently and solve problems.
