Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Torrance, California (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)

Salary: $81,900 - $130,090 USD

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing, technician, warehouse, and logistics positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing priorities, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, trade schools, and community organizations.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical qualifications, work history, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and the offer process.
• Track recruiting metrics to identify process improvements and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet US export control requirements
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Torrance, CA 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and improve recruiting processes.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring events or military recruiting programs.
