Manager, Operations

What you will do

• Direct facility operations across safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost, profitability, and human capital objectives.
• Lead managers and team members in resolving operational issues and achieving short- and long-term performance goals.
• Manage site performance metrics, capacity planning, scheduling optimization, and on-time delivery requirements.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives and build a culture of operational excellence.
• Evaluate equipment feasibility, prepare capital expenditure plans, and manage payback expectations with Finance.
• Prepare and manage the annual financial plan while ensuring facility maintenance, security, environmental, food safety, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading improvement efforts in production, quality, or profitability.
• Experience with change management or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, material movement, worker and environmental safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead people, build high-performance teams, plan strategically, and balance tactical and strategic work.
