Senior Manager, Operations (Medical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead operational execution across planning, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, engineering, maintenance, and customer service.
• Deploy and sustain the NBS Next business system to improve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost performance.
• Manage manufacturing capacity, resource utilization, labor and overhead costs, production quality, and delivery performance.
• Lead manufacturing engineering and facilities teams covering process improvements, new product development support, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs.
• Build a high-performance culture through hiring, coaching, employee development, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Own P&L activities, operational budgets, manufacturing metrics, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Experience using an ERP system in an operations environment.
• Proven experience implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, creating flow, and establishing pull systems for high-volume products.
• Experience with P&L responsibility or operational budget management.
• Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment and comply with FDA, OSHA, ISO, and other applicable requirements.

Nice to have

• Medical device industry experience.
• Experience managing extrusion manufacturing and secondary assembly operations.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment.
