What you will do

• Assist travel partners and direct guests with individual and group cruise reservations.
• Handle telephone inquiries and provide cruise product information, policies, and procedures.
• Use customer service and sales techniques to increase revenue and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads, secure new bookings, and close sales opportunities.
• Support other departments, participate in training, and contribute to call center projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of call center or related travel industry experience.
• Practical understanding of cruise products, policies, and reservation procedures.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Professional verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service focus.
• Ability to work any schedule, including late shifts and weekends, and remain seated for extended periods.
