Leasing Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $17.42–$20.91 per hour, plus eligibility for monthly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Evaluate customer requirements and guide prospective residents through property tours.
• Communicate with prospective and current tenants and liaise with leasing agents.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate the delivery of required documentation to new residents.
• Support applications by collaborating with underwriting and lease writing teams.
• Stay up to date with company leasing policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, relationship management, and customer service skills.
• One to two years of sales and customer service experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Real estate license.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
