Senior Customer Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Norco, California, United States; onsite at 1550 2nd Street

Hourly rate: $28.80–$43.20 per hour

What you will do

• Guide customers through appraisals, test drives, financing applications, and vehicle transactions.
• Delegate store workflow, answer questions, and resolve customer concerns.
• Train and mentor associates while supporting team development.
• Execute sales strategies and maintain operational excellence.
• Open and close the store as needed to provide management coverage.
• Manage inventory reconciliation, paperwork audits, payments, vehicle condition assessments, and hirify.global quality standards.

Requirements

• Create and maintain a positive work environment with strong team behaviors.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, delegation, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Read and interpret data accurately for record-keeping.
• Hold a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Sales or customer service experience in retail or a similar environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
