Consultant, Advanced Technologies, Antitrust (AI)

Location: New York, United States; most clients prefer EST time zone hours of availability.

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Advise clients on predictive coding, Technology Assisted Review, machine learning, and generative AI for regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation.
• Build and configure models in hirify.global AI, Relativity aiR, and Relativity Active Learning, and recommend appropriate use cases.
• Develop prompts and instructions for chat and classification tools, then evaluate responses to improve results.
• Consult with external stakeholders on analytics tools, defensible workflows, deliverables, protocols, and regulatory specifications.
• Identify eDiscovery lifecycle risks, AI process headwinds, and critical paths for review and production.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Managed Review, Information Technology, Sales, and the wider Antitrust practice across multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree such as a JD or MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of client-facing eDiscovery experience.
• Proficiency with Relativity Server or RelativityOne and document review database administration.
• Experience with Technology Assisted Review using machine learning or generative AI, plus a strong understanding of Large Language Models.
• Experience crafting prompts for LLM tools such as Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or Harvey and evaluating their responses.
• Eastern time zone availability is strongly preferred. Strong communication, issue-spotting, problem-solving, and solution-synthesis skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with DOJ or FTC Second Requests.
• Relativity, analytics-platform, or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with Relativity Active Learning, Reveal AI, Brainspace, or similar TAR and AI tools.
• Power BI, Python, and SQL experience.
• Advanced degree such as a JD or MBA.
