Advisory Services Intern (Healthcare)

Salary: $52,000–$78,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with Advisory consultants on healthcare performance-improvement engagements.
• Collect data, conduct analyses, interpret findings, and develop conclusions aligned with project objectives.
• Interview clients to clarify objectives and document business requirements, needs, and expectations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables for client and internal audiences.
• Support clients with implementing recommended changes and contribute to project deliverables.
• Participate in practice-development activities, training, and learning hirify.global technologies and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0 or more years of applicable experience.
• Ability to gather and research data using common analytical methods and tools.
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, deadline management, and effective communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively, make independent decisions, and operate computer software.
• Remote working conditions; no travel is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in healthcare, business, or finance.
• Advanced Excel, Tableau, business intelligence, or statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or Matlab.
• Interest in healthcare performance improvement, market trends, risk management, and client networking.
• Lean Process Improvement or Six Sigma knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and show value through completed work.
