Senior Healthcare Architect

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work elsewhere on Fridays

Salary: $135,000–$155,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound solutions for healthcare architectural design challenges.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, project documentation, design intent, budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Lead collaboration across architectural and other design disciplines and develop technical solutions.
• Apply advanced architectural concepts to complex assignments and integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards.
• Ensure BIM standards are applied in coordination with the Project Manager and BIM Manager.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and participate in client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a graduate degree is not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations.
• 10–15 years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software.
• Technical design skills, including investigating, evaluating, and recommending solutions that meet client needs.
• Current portfolio or work samples must be submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
