Salary: $77,235–$95,408 per year.

What you will do

  • Develop new controls product designs and redesigns for air-handling products in collaboration with sales, marketing, service, design engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Identify controls strategies, validate design deliverables, and ensure products meet required points of operation and design intent.
  • Create bills of materials, complete IAN documentation, maintain design-change records, and communicate translation requirements.
  • Support the transition from design to production through testing, training, prototyping, and equipment setup.
  • Evaluate components for quality, reliability, and performance; participate in value engineering and component selection.
  • Provide technical and application support, investigate returned goods and failures, and represent Controls Engineering on cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant engineering work experience.
  • Four-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work with electrical designs and direct digital controls programming for air-handling products.
  • Ability to interpret test results, analyze failures, and support product and process improvements.
  • Ability to work onsite at the Tulsa facility and attend in-person meetings.
