Operations Supervisor - District (Healthcare)

Location: Philadelphia District, with the listed location city of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey; onsite full-time role. Travel up to 50–75% is required, along with flexible evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency off-hours availability.

Salary: $61,714.90–$98,765.37 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise district customer service, equipment processing, delivery, and service operations.
• Lead planning and execution against business objectives, financial goals, service standards, and customer expectations.
• Manage medical equipment inventory, par levels, missing and lost equipment, software upgrades, accessories, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate geographic routing, service prioritization, staffing levels, and on-call schedules according to demand.
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate employees while providing feedback, cross-training, and performance guidance.
• Support billing, account receivables collections, contract management, margin maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least three years of management experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience with business and financial management, including P&L statements, budgets, contract management, and account margins.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare operations; healthcare, hospital, or medical equipment experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, computer literacy, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to complete and maintain DOT certification according to location-specific requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in the Philadelphia District/Mt. Laurel, New Jersey area, travel up to 50–75%, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.
