What you will do

• Help customers select vehicles suited to their transportation needs.
• Provide BMW product demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through vehicle purchases and leases.
• Work with management to structure lease and purchase deals.
• Build customer relationships, referrals, and a client network.
• Develop BMW product knowledge and attend required sales training.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Motivation to achieve sales success.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to be insured.
