Coggin Automotive Manager in Training

What you will do

• Achieve sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles using the company selling process.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up and personalized service.
• Develop knowledge of vehicles, accessories, services, pricing, and competitive specifications.
• Inspect vehicles and complete personalized customer deliveries, including introductions to the Service Manager.
• Learn automotive retail sales, customer management, finance and insurance, sales management, and profitability through classroom and on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate or soon-to-be graduate.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Motivation, strong work ethic, professional appearance, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work as a self-starter and team player.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must pass drug screening and background checks.
