Coggin Automotive Manager in Training - Sales (Automotive)

What you will do

• Achieve sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles using established selling processes.
• Build product knowledge covering vehicles, accessories, services, pricing, and competitive specifications.
• Follow up with prospects through multiple communication channels and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver vehicles, inspect them, and introduce customers to the Service Manager.
• Complete paid classroom and on-the-job training in retail sales, customer management, finance and insurance, sales management, and profitability.

Requirements

• Recent college graduate or upcoming graduate.
• Strong communication and computer skills, motivation, professional work ethic, and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Successful completion of drug screening and background checks.
• Professional business attire, self-direction, and ability to work as part of a team.
