Director of Supply Chain Program Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States

Expected base pay: $140,180–$210,000 per annum, plus bonus and equity plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Own and govern a portfolio of high-complexity semiconductor product programs from customer quotes and pre-tape-out planning through NPI, production ramp, sustained manufacturing, and end-of-life.
• Establish portfolio governance, milestone structures, risk escalation protocols, executive reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
• Serve as the senior supply chain interface for strategic customers, leading executive relationships, pre-tape-out alignment, and escalation resolution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Supply Chain Program Managers while establishing operating rhythms, performance metrics, and career development frameworks.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and business-unit leadership on customer requirements, manufacturing strategy, investments, capacity, and make-versus-buy decisions.
• Manage strategic relationships with foundries, OSATs, substrate suppliers, and logistics providers, including partner readiness, capacity securing, risk mitigation, and end-of-life execution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive experience in program management, supply chain, or product lifecycle leadership in semiconductor or high-tech environments.
• Experience leading and scaling cross-functional teams globally, including direct people management responsibility.
• Executive-level communication skills and experience influencing C-suite stakeholders, strategic customers, and manufacturing partners.
• Expertise in foundry, OSAT, substrate, and logistics ecosystems, including Tier-1 manufacturing partner management.
• Strong command of Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, Power BI, Agile, portfolio governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
