Director, Supplier Account Manager (M6)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $180,500–$248,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award participation.

What you will do

• Develop, align, and implement commodity strategies.
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements governing business relationships with the supply base.
• Direct new supplier introductions and supplier disengagement activities.
• Resolve systemic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time, including issues involving sub-tier suppliers.
• Develop and present high-level cost reduction opportunities.
• Approve and manage Supplier Performance Improvement Plans and lead formal supplier performance reviews.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of relevant systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers of managers and contributing to functional strategy.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external organizations.
• Ability to comply with hirify.global' Standards of Business Conduct and ethical requirements.
