What you will do

• Analyze supply and demand in a spare-parts environment.
• Resolve fulfillment issues across customers and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate and follow up on customer requirements that are not being met.
• Handle complex internal customer inquiries and maintain clear communication.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements, internal relationships, and hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of operational best practices and how the role integrates with adjacent functions.
• Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing information from multiple sources.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
