Technical Customer Engineer II (Industrial Coating Systems)

Location: Taiwan — Remote

What you will do

• Provide technical, application, and troubleshooting support to field teams, sales groups, and customers.
• Prepare equipment and conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and trade show support.
• Deliver technical training internally and externally with Product Business Unit teams.
• Define testing plans with customer technical departments or end users, gather technical data, and develop dispensing processes for new markets.
• Analyze competitor technical developments and data, and use testing and internal analysis technologies to optimize customer applications.
• Write and present clear test reports and communicate customer requirements to R&D, parent companies, and sister companies.

Requirements

• College degree or above in Mechanics, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of R&D engineering experience in SMT, semiconductor, or a relevant industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Good verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong analytical, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Logical thinking, teamwork, maturity, self-motivation, openness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Nice to have

• Experience in the disposable products field.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation.
