Technical Support Engineer (172390) Edwards

Location: On-site in Hsinchu, Taiwan

hirify.global Group's Edwards business provides equipment and technical support for the semiconductor and FPD industries.

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support to Field Service, Sales teams, and customers, resolving complex issues independently.
• Lead system support and integration activities and coordinate resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Review customer system designs, recommend solutions, and negotiate technical modifications.
• Deliver technical training and presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build customer partnerships and share product, operational, customer, and competitor insights to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global Edwards support teams and ensure compliance with company policies, quality, environmental, and Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Knowledge of Edwards products, including Cryo pumps, Compressor systems, Polycold products, and semiconductor technology.
• Ability to manage technical information and prepare reports using PC tools independently.
• Understanding of Edwards's global organization and customer practices to manage equipment support effectively.
