Technical Support Engineer (TSE) MDP (Semiconductor)

Location: Albany, New York; Austin, Texas; Beaverton, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; or Portland, Oregon. Any location in North America may be considered. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced remote and on-site technical support to field service personnel for complex equipment malfunctions, wafer issues, and performance enhancement programs.
• Manage technical escalations with a focus on resolution time and work quality.
• Attend customer field issue meetings and collaborate with business unit engineers.
• Perform root cause analysis, establish success criteria, develop action plans, and support repair activities through escalation closure.
• Provide on-site coaching, alpha and beta site support, and support for new product introduction activities.
• Create troubleshooting tools, technical lessons learned, guides, and technical papers; contribute to Design for Service and Install projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience with hirify.global Endura products.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor fabrication experience.
• Product expertise in MDP, MPKG, and ALD hardware, software, and related systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage complex problems, communicate effectively, and handle stressful situations.
• Written and verbal English required. Familiarity with Microsoft applications and internal systems including SAP, VSPI, and ARK.
