Workday Integrations Architect - Senior Director

What you will do

• Lead the architecture and implementation of cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Own complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical workstreams.
• Manage technical teams and provide leadership across client engagements.
• Support program planning and deliver solutions that meet or exceed engagement objectives.
• Collaborate with hirify.global and client senior leaders to develop and implement solutions.
• Build enduring client relationships and contribute to additional project opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a technical lead or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
• 6+ years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical workstream ownership.
• Experience managing a team and working in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience using Workday Studio.
• Leadership, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, technical, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Experience in HR, financial, operational, or research administration within a university, hospital, or academic medical center.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Orchestrate.
