Director, Enterprise Integration Solutions

Location: Remote in the United States; preference for San Antonio, Texas. Travel required.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery and translate business, operational, and technical requirements into scalable service delivery models.
• Design integrated solutions covering device lifecycle management, warehousing, logistics, deployment, asset management, configuration, and managed services.
• Develop operational frameworks, customer-specific and standardized runbooks, warehouse requirements, configuration specifications, and deployment methodologies.
• Partner with warehouse, account, solution, project, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure operational readiness and successful implementation.
• Establish KPIs, service standards, quality assurance processes, readiness reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide cross-functional leadership, facilitate executive and customer governance meetings, and drive accountability without formal reporting authority.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, professional services, managed services, integration services, or lifecycle services.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT services, lifecycle services, logistics, and operational delivery models.
• Experience designing scalable operational processes and customer solutions, including warehouse operations, deployment, configuration, or supply chain integration.
• Experience supporting large enterprise customers and multi-site deployments.
• Knowledge of Digital Workplace, Device Lifecycle Management, Asset Management, ITAD, Configuration Services, Logistics, and Managed Services.
• Strong executive communication, process documentation, analytical problem-solving, and influence-based leadership skills.
