HR Ecosystem Architect (Workday)

Location: Sidney, Ohio, USA. Hybrid schedule with remote work available up to three days per week and core hours from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

What you will do

• Design and maintain enterprise HR IT architecture across HCM, payroll, workforce management, and IAM platforms.
• Architect integrations between Workday and payroll, timekeeping, talent management, performance management, and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver workflows for onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Define integration standards using APIs, middleware, SSO, and provisioning tools.
• Drive automation for access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls.
• Provide technical leadership for HRIT projects, vendor management, documentation, governance, and cloud migration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR systems architecture, with a focus on Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules, configurations, workflows, and integration capabilities.
• Experience with JML processes and systems such as Active Directory, HRIS, and ticketing platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with integration technologies, including APIs and middleware, as well as data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM or Workday Integrations certification.
• Proficiency in HR business processes and established methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
