Vice President, Clinical Technology UM Portfolio Management (AI)

Salary: $188,900.00–$359,800.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise utilization management technology portfolio strategy, governance, and roadmap development.
• Partner with clinical technology vendors and product development partners to align priorities, enforce SLA accountability, and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Deploy AI-enabled and other technology capabilities across prior authorization, concurrent review, and clinical correspondence workflows.
• Establish operational effectiveness, ROI, and KPI frameworks measuring productivity, accuracy, throughput, financial performance, vendor outcomes, and AI impact.
• Drive clinical, digital, data, and analytics product innovation while monitoring product competitiveness and market opportunities.
• Build an effective product organization and coordinate priorities and resources across Operations, Pharma Sales, Provider Sales, Account Management, and portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of clinical technology experience.
• Deep understanding of the member journey.
• Product development experience.
• Experience managing product strategy, roadmaps, strategic partners, and complex business priorities.
