Portfolio Director, Prevention & Treatment

Location: Pennsylvania, United States; 100% remote

Salary: $126,200–$180,300 per year

What you will do

• Lead the strategic roadmap for prevention and treatment categories across the full veterinary clinic journey.
• Own category-level P&L performance, margin improvement, forecasting accuracy, product mix, and portfolio results.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Pricing, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations on go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and pricing models.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and technology developments to identify product opportunities.
• Support supplier performance discussions and joint business plans with key prevention and pharmaceutical partners.
• Define proprietary-brand product requirements, validate early concepts, and support new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, category leadership, business development, or supplier management.
• Proven record of driving financial results and leading strategic initiatives across multiple product categories.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, parasiticides, biologics, healthcare, or animal health is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
