What you will do

• Drive discovery and delivery of AI-enabled clinical workflow capabilities to improve adoption and customer value.
• Develop deep expertise in clinical workflows, identifying operational challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Design AI experiences focusing on transparency, human oversight, and responsible use.
• Conduct customer interviews, pilots, and experiments to gather operational signals and feedback.
• Define success metrics related to workflow impact, user satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, clinical, and commercial teams across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or data-driven products.
• Strong skills in product discovery, customer research, and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements and experiments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to operate in regulated healthcare environments and handle ambiguity.
• Must be based in or able to work from Waltham, MA (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI-enabled or data-driven products from concept to launch.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, recommendation systems, or applied ML.
• Background in clinical decision-support products or patient education.
