Cybersecurity AI Delivery Lead (AI)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $137,400–$240,400 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead global, cross-functional teams delivering strategic cybersecurity and AI security projects and programs.
• Deliver IAM controls for AI services and autonomous agents, including workload identities, least privilege, approval workflows, and secrets management.
• Deliver data protection controls for prompts, responses, training and grounding data, embeddings, and vector stores.
• Operationalize monitoring and response controls, including AI telemetry, abuse monitoring, anomaly detection, SIEM/SOAR integrations, incident response, and red teaming.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, change control, budgets, forecasts, staffing, and delivery quality.
• Translate complex AI, LLM, and agentic-system concepts into executive-ready plans, decisions, status reports, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall experience, including financial services experience and at least 5 years leading high-visibility technology projects involving AI.
• Experience leading cybersecurity projects in IAM, data protection, security operations, attack surface management, or adjacent control domains.
• Experience delivering and securing AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI capabilities in regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of LLM application patterns, tool and function calling, orchestration, vector and embedding stores, agent frameworks, and AI failure modes.
• Experience with AI-related IAM, data protection, security operations, threat modeling, governance, and lifecycle controls.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Current PMP certification.
• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• CISSP, CISM, Azure, AWS, or other security and AI/cloud certifications.
