Senior Delivery Partner Manager (AI)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $124,800 – $214,500 USD

What you will do

• Manage relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators to support bi-directional pipeline and project engagements.
• Develop and implement a data-driven RFP process for partner selection in complex multi-phase migration deals.
• Drive delivery governance, including CSAT and partner quality metrics, to ensure successful implementation of Databricks services.
• Lead initiatives to incubate and ramp new partners with Gen AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contractual negotiations and resource planning for partner-led projects.
• Coach and mentor team members while advocating for partner needs internally.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive experience in partner management or consulting within an FDE or similar technical organization.
• Proven track record of managing demand pipelines and resource planning for large enterprise organizations.
• Experience managing commercial agreements, including statements of work and services management.
• Strong ability to work directly with partners and customers to execute solutions based on business requirements.
• Experience in upskilling third-party organizations to provide delivery capabilities.
