Senior Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; core overlap during North America business hours. Occasional travel across North America is required for customer meetings, trainings, QBRs, or events.

Salary: $127,000–$145,000 annual US base salary, plus potential eligibility for equity.

What you will do

• Own the success of strategic private-sector accounts across North America and define customer success metrics with operational and economic stakeholders.
• Create and validate 30/60/90-day success plans using AI-assisted call and account analysis.
• Protect and grow revenue by identifying churn risks, driving retention, and validating expansion opportunities with Account Directors.
• Prepare customer QBRs and executive briefings using AI-generated drafts, decks, and follow-ups refined through professional judgment.
• Build reusable AI prompts, templates, and workflows for the Deployment Strategy team.
• Synthesize customer feedback from calls and tickets into structured input for Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in crypto businesses, financial institutions, or fintechs in compliance, investigative, or customer-facing functions.
• Hands-on experience with financial crime, AML, sanctions, or investigations.
• Experience owning senior stakeholder relationships and driving customer retention and expansion.
• Strong practical fluency with AI tools such as Claude for research, drafting, analysis, and case work, including the judgment to verify outputs.
• Ability to build reusable AI-assisted workflows and explain complex technical and investigative concepts to analysts and executives.
• Ability to work with core overlap during North America business hours; occasional off-hours monitoring of critical customer issues may be required.
