What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python, Django, FastAPI, or other suitable technologies.
• Own major parts of the AI agent infrastructure, including multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
• Deliver AI-powered features to production at scale while maintaining performance, reliability, and security.
• Contribute across frontend interfaces, backend APIs, databases, and deployment pipelines.
• Create data pipelines for AI model training, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with founders, growth, design, and engineering, while mentoring junior developers and promoting engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production.
• Strong backend development skills, preferably with Python, and a solid understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with Git, collaborative development workflows, background workers, and task queues such as Celery or RQ.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Redis.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, AI agent orchestration, performance monitoring, and LLM evaluation techniques.
