Senior Software Engineer - AI Solutions

What you will do

• Embed with Services, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to build practical AI features within their domain codebases.
• Design and build Python-based internal developer tools, reusable templates, and pipeline gates for security, technical standards, tone, and performance.
• Establish guardrails, security standards, and production pathways for secure, scalable AI systems.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify operational problems and design AI-augmented workflows.
• Collaborate with the Data team on secure, effective data flows into AI tools and applications.
• Provide pairing, mentorship, and technical guidance while feeding deployment insights into central AI tools and frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong backend engineering background with deep Python and Django experience.
• Understanding of system design, system reliability, and Developer Experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI toolchains, LLM integrations, retrieval patterns, rapid prototyping frameworks, and auditing AI-generated code.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with pair programming, mentoring, coaching, and effective project handoffs.
• Ability to work autonomously, switch context between projects, and prioritize practical delivery.
