Principal Recruitment Consultant (Banking)

Salary: US$50,000–US$80,000 per annum plus aggressive uncapped commission

What you will do

• Develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders in banking.
• Build and maintain a high-quality client and candidate pipeline.
• Lead conversations, influence hiring decisions, and engage high-performing candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through offer negotiation and post-placement support.
• Use recruitment technology, marketing resources, real-time market insight, and data to increase reach and reduce administrative work.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a 360 recruitment or sales-driven role focused on banking.
• Experience building credibility with both clients and candidates.
• Understanding of how activity translates into revenue.
• Experience with targets, KPIs, and ownership of a recruitment desk.
• Ambition, strong communication, commercial mindset, and resilience.
