Senior Recruiter (Construction)

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico (Hybrid); work is split between a remote home-office setup and jobsites, with travel of up to 10%.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build proactive recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for construction craft, trades, functional, and technical roles.
• Recruit across electrical, mechanical, structural, soft crafts, coatings, and related construction fields.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive outreach.
• Support employer-brand initiatives and represent hirify.global at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions.
• Visit outdoor industrial jobsites as needed and comply with safety and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in construction.
• Proven success recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building candidate and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with multiple ATS platforms, with a strong preference for Greenhouse, plus Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from a home office, travel up to 10%, and work onsite if a future office is established.
