Senior Consultant - Insurance

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy qualification through placement, onboarding, and aftercare.
• Lead client intake calls, clarify hiring requirements, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Source candidates through networking, headhunting, talent mapping, and proactive attraction.
• Manage interviews, feedback, offer negotiation, and successful placement delivery.
• Develop new client opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to business growth.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights while maintaining accurate CRM and ATS records.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience in agency, RPO, or talent solutions environments.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle recruitment processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement skills.
• Commercial awareness and interest in business development.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
