Lottery Field Service Technician (Lottery Technology)

Location: NY Statewide, New York, US; fieldwork at retailer locations

Salary: $20–$22 per hour

What you will do

• Transport, install, and maintain lottery equipment, replacement parts, tools, and supplies at retailer locations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment in the field, including equipment swaps, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and accurately report arrival times, equipment problems, activities, and resolutions.
• Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts while tracking inventory.
• Provide basic and remedial training to retailers on equipment procedures.
• Complete activity, equipment problem, and improvement reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of technical repair experience.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to perceive colors correctly.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, drive for prolonged periods, and work with tools, moving parts, and electrical current.
