What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to emergency customer requests.
• Conduct pre-site surveys and manage parts inventory accuracy.
• Provide technical support and documentation to customers.
• Report service trends and challenges using field management reporting tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and adhere to safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a gaming license.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory (up to 75% total travel).
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or in field service of technical products.
• Background in electronics, mechanics, and diagnostic work.
• Experience working in the field and being on call.
