Field Service Technician (Gaming)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, US; daily travel in the assigned territory, with regional and national travel of up to 30%

What you will do

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and remove gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Respond to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical technical issues.
• Complete pre-site surveys, installations, scheduled service activities, and service reports.
• Review installation documents, manage parts inventory, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation while reporting service trends and challenges.
• Operate designated service vehicles and box trucks safely in casino environments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Must be willing to perform daily travel in the assigned territory and travel regionally or nationally up to 30%.
• Able to acquire a gaming license as required by the relevant location; application, payment, and renewal assistance is provided after hire.
• Strong organization, adaptability, problem-solving, customer communication, and ability to work independently.
• Able to lift and move at least 50 pounds, push up to 250 pounds with moving equipment, climb ladders, and drive for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Experience as a slot technician or in field service for technical products.
• Experience with diagnostic work, electronics, mechanics, on-call service, or work-related travel.
