Service Technician I (Gaming)

Location: Burr Ridge, Illinois; field-based across Chicago and surrounding suburbs

Base pay: $18.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and proficiency

What you will do

• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot repairs for gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices.
• Maintain and repair electronic gaming and related equipment in field locations.
• Work with clerks, restaurant staff, managers, and customers to resolve equipment issues.
• Manage inventory and ensure replacement parts are available.
• Complete device-entry documentation, service logs, and auditing procedures.
• Load and unload supplies and assist in other operational areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in field locations.
• Minimum age of 21.
• Ability to communicate effectively, follow written and verbal instructions, and provide strong customer service.
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Relevant electronic or mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required; examples include ATM, HVAC, low-voltage, cable, telecommunications, internet, automotive, amusement, or gaming experience.
