Field Service Technician (Gaming)

Location: Midlothian, Illinois, with field work across Chicago and surrounding suburbs

Salary: $18.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Respond to equipment service calls and troubleshoot repairs in the field.
• Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices.
• Work with clerks, restaurant staff, managers, and customers to resolve equipment issues.
• Manage inventory and ensure repair parts are available when needed.
• Complete device-entry documentation, service logs, and auditing procedures.
• Load and unload supplies and provide support in other operational areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work in the field.
• Weekend availability, with possible second- or third-shift assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, follow written or verbal instructions, and solve problems.
• Ability to frequently lift or push up to 50 pounds.
• At least 21 years of age; a Terminal Handler's License is required, with costs covered by the company.

Nice to have

• Experience with ATM, amusement, gaming, HVAC, low-voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive, or other electronic and mechanical systems.
• Computer literacy and strong organizational or analytical skills.
