LNP Production Intern (Biotechnology)

Location: Onsite in Redmond, Washington, United States; full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

Salary: $22–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare buffers, reagents, lipids, and payload materials for production.
• Support mRNA-LNP formulation, downstream processing, purification, and concentration.
• Operate centrifuges, filtration devices, TFF systems, and other laboratory production equipment.
• Perform in-process quality measurements, including particle size, PDI, zeta potential, and encapsulation efficiency.
• Prepare products for shipment through sterile filtration, aliquoting, labeling, and packaging.
• Maintain sample traceability, inventory, batch records, and production and QC documentation.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of laboratory, manufacturing, or biotechnology experience.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment, with the ability to follow SOPs independently after training.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond and commit to a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with mRNA production, LNP technology, sterile techniques, centrifugal filtration, TFF, DLS, GMP, or ISO-regulated environments.
