Quality Control Inspector

Location: Newark, California, United States; onsite. No travel is required. The position requires authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Pay range: $25.20–$34.65.

What you will do

• Inspect incoming raw materials and components.
• Perform visual inspections of sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Record, track, and maintain quality control data in logs and spreadsheets.
• Participate in inventory counts and improve incoming inspection specifications.
• Initiate nonconformance, deviation, and out-of-specification investigations when needed.
• Collaborate with external departments to resolve inspection discrepancies.

Requirements

• At least one year of industry experience; three or more years is required for the senior level.
• High school diploma or A.A. degree.
• Experience in a quality control environment and with incoming inspections is strongly desired.
• Experience with ISO and GMP standards.
• Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and able to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
