Manufacturing Representative (Oligonucleotide Manufacturing)

Location: US-CO-Frederick; onsite manufacturing facility

Salary: $31.92–$49.88 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manufacture oligonucleotide APIs in a GMP environment.
• Check and schedule resources to support on-time delivery and review formulation documents and active ingredient dilution.
• Support technology transfer and scale-up of oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
• Write and revise standard operating procedures according to regulatory and procedural guidelines.
• Work with Validation and Engineering to validate new equipment and facilities.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot critical process equipment while resolving manufacturing issues with Manufacturing Management and Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience; pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform technical duties according to standard operating procedures and laboratory safety rules.
• Experience in a clean room and FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is desired.
• Ability to learn laboratory instruments and resolve manufacturing and delivery issues.
• The role follows a day shift from 4:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on a Pitman schedule.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, HPLC, UF, conjugation, and lyophilization.
