Lead Client Services Project Manager (Actimize)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Actimize client implementations from sales handover through go-live and transition to managed services or support.
• Develop integrated project plans across all XSE lifecycle phases and manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and RAID items.
• Drive execution across business analysis, architecture, data, configuration, and testing teams while coordinating dependencies across Professional Services, DevOps, AppOps, Product, and client teams.
• Manage client communication through weekly status updates, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Control scope changes through formal change requests and change orders, and manage forecasting, burn tracking, margins, and invoicing alignment.
• Coordinate go-live activities and track user acceptance testing issues through closure.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise software or SaaS project management.
• Strong experience delivering Professional Services implementations and managing multiple complex, multi-stream, client-facing programs.
• Proven ownership of scope, schedule, budget, RAID, governance, change control, and financial tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience structuring, prioritizing, and resolving complex delivery problems across technology, data, and client domains.
• Experience managing high-severity delivery issues, including root-cause analysis, corrective action planning, and executive escalation.

• Experience with Actimize, financial crime, AML, fraud, compliance, or banking technology.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise platforms or the service industry.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent certification.
