Manager - Applied AI

Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY; on-site. Travel to client sites may be required, including outside the primary office location, state, or region. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, but on-site client attendance is required when directed by project scope, client request, or management.

What you will do

• Lead Applied AI implementation projects through setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage projects involving AI solution implementation, organizational and AI process strategy, and PMO establishment.
• Facilitate client workshops, executive-level meetings, status updates, and deliverable reviews.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support internal growth through mentorship, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in system implementation, SDLC, integration, and project management.
• Experience implementing AI, ML, or Applied AI systems.
• 3+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• 2+ years of organizational change management experience, including large-scale change strategies.
• Experience managing client-facing requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and status reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in Media & Entertainment or Consumer Products.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
• Training in Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile implementation, or the Waterfall model.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
